Playing rock or heavy metal music in Egypt is not an easy thing, especially when you’re a female. Heavy Metal music has always been a taboo in Egypt, since the huge incident in the 1990s at the Baron palace. Back in the 1990s, there was a group of young men and women who used to gather at the Baron palace, putting on some extreme metal music and were accused of preforming satanic rituals.
